Welcome to Tony and Billy's 2014 Lands End To John O'Groats Website

7th May 2014 : Tony and Billy set off to cycle from one end of the country to the other.Land's End to John o' Groats is the traversal of the whole length of the island of Great Britain between two extremities, in the southwest and northeast. End to End it is sometimes called but more famously known as LEJOG if you are travelling from bottom to top. The journey took us 2 weeks and cover 950 miles and almost 50,000 foot of climb.

About us

Tony Rathbone has lived in Keswick a long while, his saying is "Their is now no one left who can remember me arriving, so they think I am local". At a young age of 81 is attempting to complete his first End to End.

Billy Skipper born and never moved from South Shields, a much younger lad at only 54 and completed his first End to End in 2005, except that time it was in a single day and using a motor bike, this will be different ! Very Different.
